Portfolio

I sound designed this film in my fourth and final year at UNCSA. It was an absolute pleasure to work with this team and I'm proud to say that it's going to be screened at the 2024 OUT at the Movies International Film Festival in Winston-Salem, NC in October.

This project was part of a larger holiday event held at UNCSA as a collaboration between all five schools; Dance, Drama, Design & Production, Filmmaking, and Music. I worked with guidance from a producer, an editing faculty member, and the Dean of the School of Filmmaking.

This was my third year film at UNCSA where I was the editor and worked with a close friend to design the sound together. This movie was a labor of love and my first opportunity to edit and sound design at a larger scale with a whole team behind me.

I created two projects with a friend who was attending the UNCSA School of Dance while I was in film. The first was a repertoire to show their skills as a choreographer and the second piece was for a scholarship application. They gave me a lot of creative freedom and trust in the editing and we both fully enjoyed the process of making each film.
